what do I do about all the Slurry?

You don’t need to worry about it. You can spread it on fields as fertiliser if you’re also growing crops.

I think it is not that much profitable like i have invested around 650K on it and i was not able to control both sheep and cow i have stopped that and my cow barn and cow are hungry 😂😂 they are taking to much hay And also not giving that much profit like clothes

The main focus is the sheep, however the cows allow you to profit from the extra grass. It will be more beneficial when you are producing other crops and not sleeping as much. The fabric can only be produced at a certain rate, so having another outlet allows you to boost efficiency. As you grow your farm buying more fields, having more access to grass and machinery it helps keep up the supply.
