Just an FYI, the small property income you are getting is from two tiny electricity generators that come with the map

You do know you can buy the rope maker that is on the map. If your on PC you get the lease production mod.

16x3 is 48k loss.. not 18.. maybe for 6 rope.. so if factory is 300k, land, equip. Sheep.. looking at 1mil .. but after production youd have playground to sell @15k each.. which youd make 65k a run.. which would take 16 runs and youd be even.. point is.. its a good investment.. profitable after 16 runs.. take loan and do it Brad!!!

The storage at playground and mill is theirs not yours. When you sell it to them it puts in their storage area and as they use it that storage will decrease. Thats how you just know whats there already so you dont accidentally sell too much to them because im told on pc if you give more then what they need you may not be paid for it. On ps5 it wont let me over sell. That toy maker is a production barn. That just takes planks and long planks to make toys.
