Song of flame makes you basically unkillable in the boss room. Stack it with transcendence and the boss hits like a red bar in strikes

Song of flame does let you get up close and personal… the sound of that bird upon release is cool as hell…I’m a hunter main but all the animations and movements a warlocks hands do are so cool.

Just tested. Same damage with or without matching super as long as you have anti barrier pulse. If you remove it it drops. Wo the bonus kinetic damage is just making kinetic weapons overloaded if super matches.

Those wyvern are absolutely no joke and need to be called out where they are and which way they are coming. Even with all the resist modes they will wipe you out of existence before you can even th8nk about trying to heal yourself. They are by far the scariest part of this strike.

I've been using prismatic hunter with spirit of galanor and star eater. Silence and Squall tears through enemies and stuns overloads and then I get 50% back. Khvostov even without the surge bonus deals crazy damage to red bars and I find it synergizes well since it has shoot to loot. Plus the artifact gives radiant on orb pickup so as long as I'm grabbing those I can also stun barriers

If your super matches a surge then your kinetic weapons get the 25% buff as well. Just putting this here cus a lot of people either don’t know or seem to forget.

A full healer build with speakers mask hard carried my fireteam through -35 power glassway. My team had me on speakers mask with the dont die gun and a chill clip fusion, a stillhunt celestial prismatic hunter, and a gyrfalcons collective obligation hunter. Be careful though, the dont die gun from my anecdotal runs, was not breaking barrier fully with radiant, i had on microcosm to solve this problem as with radiant, one tick of damage pops barrier shields

I used prismatic warlock. With song of flame. And speakers sight. And my teammates ran twilight arsenal and song of flame. It was insanely easy. I kept everyone alive with no hesitations and a healing turret. It was light work. And this week is double nightfall rewards. Gonna grind for either an envious bait and switch or a rewind round bait and switch role. I got one that has bait and switch and it already slaps just with that alone.

I ran a 2 man. I used prismatic getaway, my clanmate used your hunter build after I linked him this vid. The disorienting grenades is a good call to control those wyverns and the mini hydra. Just farmed it 3 times easy. Friend got a 4/5 godroll where as I have got 6 interesting rolls but not the godroll lol will continue farming this. Thanks for the tips!

Anti-barrier weapons are 100% best way to go with the hydras in this thing. If you don't have Outbreak or don't want it to be your Exotic, Kinetic Tremor Pulse Rifles have been DIRTY on high health targets. If you really want to min-max, keep in mind that Void and Strand weapons should be able to dome him with Destabilizing Rounds and Unraveling Rounds if you manage to get a grenade or melee kill (respectively) with Facet of Bravery. IDK if the Warlock was getting much use out of Feed the Void since grenades were being used for turrets, and its relatively hard to get melee kills in GMs. I will have to try that vs. Hellion to see if the increased damage isn't speeding runs along more since Hellion does SO much damage. Then again, I half wonder if Feed the Void and Secant Filaments or the Spirit would be a play to get Improved Devour started easily, then weapon kills prolong it, so grenade regen is boosted.

I ran ursasa the one banner shield exotic idk how to spell it with gravaton lance edge transit the call with the new unbreakable aspect on void super was rocking it I was on masters cause im not great great but lfged it went through in like 23ish minutes ursa is good for when the boss is sitting infront of the opening cause ur team gets the buff and u get super energy back you can also get nutty amounts with unbreakable since ursa gives super for blocking damage

Since the change to enable subclass debuffs to stun champs in the last two years, it's gotten much easier. A lot of the difficulty (imo) used to be putting together a half-decent loadout that could deal damage and handle the multiple champions, but as Mac showed they're a complete joke now, between Withering Blade, Duskfield grenades, and especially Bleakwatcher turrets from warlocks.

Pop out and show them with Ursa Furiosa. Everybody (Hunters) don't like Ursa, I got booted from so many lobby yet carry so many because you don't have to hide to do boss damage with a primary. Most people hate on titans because bungie keeps nerfing us when ever we find something good. Our power is too great we need shackles. Plus Song of Flame + Ursa Titan is op. You'll do 15-20 min clears consistently with no death almost.

You can run zero hour once to get it. mactics has a guide. grab 1 or 2 other people can make it easier (even on normal the mission is a bit of a slog I failed a few times solo because I kept getting turned around). Dragon's breath helped a LOT on final boss for me soloing it. That being said Wishender is a good replacement, OR if you have a pulse with kinetic tremors (battle scar and blast furnace can have it). If you are REALLY desperate you can go anti-barrier SMG with an osteo striga or even riskrunner you will just struggle at range. Alternatively you can run of course arbalest and let one of your allies run the blinding launcher, and you can run like a hand cannon or something to help with the overloads or something.

Outbreak is solid. However I think thunderlord is the move. Overloads are the biggest issue here. If you have a legendary kinetic tremors pulse use thunderlord. It stuns in 1 shot
