great game again farm man. I have struggled on these maps against mongol/abbasid when they go both water and trade. It's hard to focus both, or in this game, all three (land, sea, and trade!)

Thanks dude! Yeh 100% there's usually alot going on in hybrid maps, they can be very difficult to play for sure!

Fish and chips is something I enjoy weekly - love me some flathead fish. I felt like that whole game there was nothing Bee could do to counter the Mongol's OP techs on water. It's like Wam had the upper hand from the start. That demo ship back and forth is pretty tedious to watch tbh. I don't mind playing the odd water map, but watching them - definitely prefer to watch land-only casted games.

Just realized it’s been month since I watched a water map game… for one part interesting to see the land/water balance but also so repetitive this back and forth on the water . Overall I prefer land maps much more but every now and then it’s nice to sprinkle in a good water/ hybrid game . Have you already explored quick fixes to the dropping frame rate? I’m not an expert by any means but maybe upgrade the RAM and/or installing water cooling could help? As a first step maybe open the chassis and direct a small fan to the computer?

Yeh for sure I'm not much of a big fan of water maps tbh, but very very occasionally there is a decent one. Ahh so it think is mostly because my laptop has been abused so much with overusage from video editing to gaming with 3 Monitors and streaming lol. Being a laptop also means the cooling is terrible! I have a laptop stand which is also a fan underneath but maybe combination of hot weather in UK I think it's just over heating. For the time being I'm using frozen peas on top of the laptop keyboard to keep it cool 😅😅😅 if I do that it doesn't drop frames. Hopefully though this year on black Friday I'm going to scrape some funds and buy a desktop hopefully with the power to do 4k!. So hopefully late November I'll be doing 4k content!
