fantastic insights, Jesse. Thank you. Big takeaway for me from your comments is that "good farmers find their niche and treat their customers and fellow farmers well." I'm glad that younger growers have this sort of "neighborliness" mindset, and am excited to see that grow as (hopefully) more and more youngish people start small farms. Very exciting stuff as we get into a new year. Peace and love always.

Makes me happy to know that you value family! Kind of knew that already, but the verbal confirmation is nice!

Hey farmer Jesse and comment section! I was wondering if we could talk about the bioaccumjlative efficacy of comfrey vs mustard greens? I live in Louisiana zone 9A and I grow a lot of mustard to eat and feed my animals. But I also use it as a cover crop as well. I was just wondering if comfrey would be better or not

Working together can help keep things going. Teamwork can take you further than if you are just by yourself.

It broke my heart reaching out to the very few farmers in my area when I was breaking ground and wanting to share costs/rent/buy a percentage of a BCS. In the end I had to just buy one myself. But because I'm irrepressible like Monkey, the next gen that want to borrow it will do so with my open arms. ❤

How dare you be human and make a mistake! All good, for me anyway - Verizon has been down in our area, so I had no idea. 😜
