You simply missed the texture tilling of other maps, you only tiled the diffuse map, that's why the displacement was that ugly. EDITED: I saw here in the comments new, someone has already said this.

where you find that high quality texture?

You can make them by photoshop from a regular size bitmaps, or search for 4k/8k images on goolgle or textures websites. 3dsky have textures, some of the furniture brands give you the fabric with blocks .. Etc

Then add to it a uvwrandomizer from the corona material section, make the style to element mesh, and change u from 0 to 1, anfd v from 0 to 1. You'll not see any difference in the viewport before rendering, and make sure every wall should be seperated element than the other.

Thats why i mention substance painter also if not pissible in max through different procedural textures.
