Thanks for this video. I've been playing the game over the past few days and really love the VR Aim. You did a good job showing what needs to be done to survive the attacks. I'm in my 50's and feel like a kid again with this stuff. I've watched video game progress over the years and VR is such a huge leap forward its not even funny. So immersive. Played about 3 hours so far, definitly the best gunplay I have ever expereinced. Not all that impressed by the overall game yet, but it does the job of proving just how much better VR can make the FPS genere going forward. Hopefully this will help get some of the bigger players in the space to put their weight behind advancing to VR. I would absolutely love to see games from Bungie, Crytek, Dice, One of the COD teams, Guerrilla Games, and Insomniac. Just like Driveclub and Dirt Rally VR did for racing, I never want to go back to playing FPS on traditional displays and controllers again.

Faisai Matahari I wish I could help, but I have not had any issues with motion sickness on PSVR. I know it is a real thing, because I have had a couple of people get really messed up by Driveclub, and even had one get sick. The best thing I can suggest is take it slow, check the options and set everything to the slowest and least jarring setting. Stay seated, and keep a single stable focal point. If you take it easy, you may be able to adjust, and eventually over come the issues. Hope you can get over this hurdle, because there are incredible experinces, and amazing adventures to enjoy in VR.

Matt Fab I'm gonna have to disagree. When set up correct, this game plays extreamly well. I have finished the story twice now, played through all of the challanges, and spent about 15 hours on co-op with my room mate and my brother. This is definitely how I want to play all fps titles in the future. The co-op is especially good, and shows more than any other mode just how far VR advances the medium. After playing the co-op, I really want Grand Theft Auto 6 on PS5/XB4/PC, and gen 2 VR. The level of immersion, the ability to comunicate, and the satisfaction of motion controls all add up to something more akin to a life expereince rathen than simple time killed playing a game. This game has proven VR, motion, and the infrastructure is ready for AAA level FPS titles. It massively improves the expereince in every aspect. I know that strapping a headset on and being active is not everyones idea of how they want to expereince games, but for me, it is all about trasporting me to another world, and giving me oppertunities to do things I could never afford, be physically capable of, or just flat don't exsist in real life. So yes, I have very little interest in going back to FPS titles with a traditional controller and display.

Yea, the game is incredible! Previews can't describe the feeling when you plug into the virtual world. Its nicely paced so far. I'm so glad I gave it a chance as I was a skeptic and I'm totally blown away. I think its a must own.

I was a bit afraid of that, because some other VR games definitely made me feel a bit sick in the past, but so far, I have been absolutely fine with Far Point, which is rather surprising given that it's a game where you move around a lot.

TheETstories There's a reason why the movement speed is limited in this game. The fast movement and jumping around in Doom would make you want to throw up instantly. I'd say I have a pretty high tolerance to motion sickness but even I couldn't handle some of the fast paced FPS demos I played on Oculus.

I didn't find out until halfway through the game, but I was so satisfied when I figured it out. Game on!

Je viens de jouer chez un pote au psvr sur la pro, j'ai halluciné à quelle point c'était beaucoup plus immersif que d'autre casque, avec aucun pixel visible et une 3D hallucinante englobant pratiquement toute la vue, j'ai essayer farpoint et rush of blood. Le sentiment de présence est incroyable, je conseil a tout les gamer de l'essayer, sur farpoint c'est violent, d'une précision extrême. mais essayer le avant car les sensation sont très prononcé et prenne au trip. L'implication qu'on ressent est incroyable avec un bon gros retour de force bien flippant sur le fusil encore plus vrai que les gun d'arcade de Time crisis. Jubilatoire, a tester chez un pote, vous allez rien comprendre. Et je parle pas dès film qu'on peut voir en 3D sur le casque, c'est ouf.

Just order the PS VR and Fairpoint+aimcontroller bundle, it was at 22% discount, no member discount or anything like that. So I got it for less than what only the PS VR would have cost me here in Sweden. 4190 SEK / 371 £ / 481$ / 430 € Ordered the camera and a camera stand upon that. 4968 SEK / 440 £ / 570 $ / 510 € was the total, shipping included. Very good deal here in Sweden. I'm a happy gamer right now. Can't wait to get my sticky mitts on it and start playing.

This game is pretty sweet, well made and one of my favorites. Really hope more games make good use of the aim controller because it makes shooting a blast. I also switch my turning to the other stick, didn't like moving to where I'm pointing, just felt wrong.
