plastic surgery is still kind of a weird topic in the US but there are cultures (such as korea) that have totally normalized it. as with all topics, i think there is always good way to discuss something, even if it is seen as taboo.

@@connyewest8664 offcourse, I think the more you talk about things, the more you learn and gain a healthy perspective to topics. However I do think there are ages that these kind of topics should not yet be discussed about. Especially pre teens, because lots of pre teens are insecure and lots of people use plastic surgery to make them feel more secure. But the problem aren't their looks, but lies way deeper inside the human brain. As a pre teen I was really insecure about my nose, I was very very searten that I wanted a nosejob when I was 18. But now I am 18 I have realized that the only way I would ever want plastic surgery is when I am a 100 percent sure that I won't do it out of insecurety and that I already am feeling good about myself, so I won't act out of high emotions but rather out of pure logic. Because I feel like discussing these topics to early can create the mindset of:if I would have a prettier nose I will be happier and more self assured. However that's not the case. Those things come from within. So yeah I totally agree with you, but with an age limit

Sophia is such a beautiful, smart little girl. Regardless of some of Farrah’s issues possibly through the Childhood she has had and conflicts with her mother, overall she is a good mom. This child is clearly loved and cared for and it seems like Farrah is trying to foster open conversation about serious topics girls and women face daily. Clearly she knows from experience the pressure to get work done to stay beautiful etc etc as long as Sophia grows up hearing the appropriate reinforcement and has the resources she needs she is fine. Y’all really want children who aren’t being abused to be abused for your own validation. How about pay attention to kids who actually need help.

That is when kids become curious the most I remember learning about the birds and the bees when I was only nine so it is totally normal. I used to watch people getting plastic surgery at a very young age. So every one on hear needs to stop hating. Just cause you wish you had a mom like Sophia's. Yeah she did some not so appropriate things but that girl looks like she loves her mom dearly and does not looked brainwashed at all
