I have Iranian heritage but im born and raised in Sweden, in my opinion its super important for us Iranians who were born or grew up in other countries to keep our language Farsi alive and to keep our Iranian culture and heritage alive and pass it on to our kids proudly ❤ ✌️

Your Persian is absolutely fluent. But I could see how still people in Esfahan can tell you’re from US. But I do think that’s less likely somewhere else like Tehran where your Esfahani accent will make you sound very native.

yes that's exactly right! whenever i travel to other cities in iran, they can tell i'm isfahani but don't notice that i'm american!
