Honestly, I don't have a specific workflow, but I definitely play with the selective color and channel mixer adjustments in Photoshop :) Maybe I'll create an editing tutorial in the near future.

This was almost a great shoot until the retouching. To be more specific the skin retouching. If you retouch yourself stop! Find a professional skin retoucher and then finish the edits after. It looks like the girls are wearing plastic masks, there's no texture or facial features. While editorial skin retouching is a lot more smooth than creative shoots, they still leave texture and facial structure. Otherwise your work is good. You have great composition and the timing on the poses is near perfect.
