I'm with Kristin on the white socks - not since childhood have I been able to make them work. And, as a francophile, it was fascinating to hear both of your observations on French fashion. This is one of my favourite sessions so far - brilliant - thank you

I would be very intrigued to see you interview John Malkovich. He has a flair for style I think. Your show is something I look forward to. I feel myself completely focused on every word while simultaneously relaxed as if I am on the couch. Brilliant series of interviews, thank you for being so clever and interesting. You have created a uniqueness which I would like to see more of.

I found Kristin snappy and abrupt. I did not know that about her. Good interview, though.

Not sure I agree with her when she says that French actresses all dress the same in movies. Take a Catherine Deneuve for example - she dresses different in Potiche, Le Dernier Métro, Marcello or Bernadette...It is true though that French actresses' looks are more essential to their careers contrary to English actresses who rely more on acting talent.

Who thinks up this stuff. . Perhaps next, a long forgotten relative of Modigliani’s partner talking about windows. Not interested.

Why have the guests lie down, hard to see their faces and what they are wearing. An out of the box idea is not always a good idea, only when it is. TY.

Well, it’s called “Fashion Neurosis”, where they dive deep into the guests’ motivations, the “roots”, of their fashion choices. It’s playing off the psychoanalyst’s couch trope and a tongue-in-cheek nod to Bella Freud’s great-grandfather.
