I stop drinking pop, eating a lot of candy/sugar period, and bread. So now I'm eating more healthy fruits, veggies, salads, drinking more water, and tea! Baby weight is noooo joke. I went from 130lbs to 219lbs and I haven't been able to get lower than 185lbs. Did I emotion that my son I will be 19yrs old in a couple months.... lol... I just learned to work with and love my curves. If I lose weight, cool. If not, cool too.... You look great, but how you feel about yourself is what ultimately matters. Good luck on your journey.
