I am also very disappointed with their unprofessional behavior. I live in germany and contacted them through their instagram page for my daughter's first birthday outfit (for me and my family) But it looked like they were not interested at all. They gave me a number to call. I called but no one picked and after that also they never replied or said anything. Also when customer is disappointed with your behavior .. in normal cases people do apologize and try to make good communication with them but they were very uninterested in any kind of discussion. Hence i decided not to contact them ever.

This is so normal! It happens so often that the fittings are not on point. Their business is mainly about the collection they are providing which you mentioned was good so what is the point of defaming someone’s work. This could happen with anyone’s local tailor also just because their family is a public figure and are KZbinrs you don’t get the right to defame someone like this, it’s very rude and sad. This can happen with any one tailors are not always perfect.
