Fashion & the Law: Who Cares What Judges and Attorneys Wear?

At what point do we draw the line when it comes to dressing casually? There's a time and place for everything and when you're in a business and profession as in this case as an attorney, dressing appropriately is important to be taken seriously. You don't have to overdress and wear a three-piece suit to court or wear something obnoxiously trendy because that won't work either, but shorts and flip-flops, really?
