I agree with many things you said here man. We all know style differs from one to another, but I never understand how far some people would sacrifice comfort for looks. Tabies for example. And even in reverse, sometimes people puts comfort wayyy over looks/formality. Like extra wide parachute pants, might be super breathable but just look like slouchy trash bags. Finding that balance point between comfort and style really helps one to elevate their fashion 🤙

tabi's are classic, they've been around for centuries and adapted to boots in the 90's. They'er not for everyone, they are for the person who embraces anti fashion / avant garde design and isn't trend concious. They take a minute to break in but they are very comfortable once you do.

The designer market is in a decline and often people point to the economy and the market as a reason for their decline. But if you look at the US stock market right now, I believe it’s at an all time high. Not to say that the economy isn’t impacting companies or that the stock market isn’t inflated, but clearly a lot of the bigger companies are actually doing fairly well if the market is doing well as a whole. So theres probably a better reason out there to attribute towards the poor performance of these designer brands.
