I'm glad that the molotovs were fixed, the insane amounts of damage at max radius was cancerous and easy to abuse for the longest time.

These recent updates have to be created by interns right? Like the foundation of this game is an absolute masterpiece of an fps game with so much attention to detail, and yet the updates have been subpar in comparison

i don't know exactly but i think many of the original devs have left the studio so at this point i'd assume it must be interns and or less experienced devs?

Having more Grenades for a seperate grenade launcher is asking for more nade spam on objectives. But than again, we need something for the snipers that do a complete flank.

Yeah me too but, there were volunteers who fought with the Americans in Afghanistan, so having a few as the insurgent voice is accurate.

@@Notfakeultra yeah and the US makes up most of NATO, and this game is based on the middle Eastern wars on terror, of which was mostly American soldiers. There are like I said some outliers.

My understanding is that the standalone grenade launchers are meant to have 6 shells by default, not 2, and it's a bug. I agree that adding free for all is just going to split things more. Overall happy they're still committed to the game and that we're getting at least three more updates according to the roadmap they released.

would make sense, because detaching the GL from your gun just to have another foregrip at the cost of a launcher is kind of meh. Even if it's a typo, they should really consider making the standalone GLs have more ammo. Hopefully in the next patch which will happen in 6 months.

i hope they redo the anims for the gls because they are really not up to the standard that was set by the other weapons, especially when compared to weapon mounted gls.

Well then if the GL got 6 rounds, then the under barrel should have 3 rounds max instead of 2. In the previous updates they did try to give us 3 smoke rounds max. while on light carrier, and 3 explosive rounds max. with a heavy carrier. I personally felt it worked great, if there's an additional 6 rounds GL in the game, I would love to play that in Push and Frontline.

That is actually normal. You gotta wear a heavy vest if you wanna take more than 1 round most of the time in co-op. You gotta keep a slow but steady pace and keep your gun up and ready alot of the time. Ideally, dont give them the chance to see you without your barrel being pointed at them. Recommend suppressors on anything and everything. Its very unforgiving, other than the revive on objective.

I do believe that if they should do a rank mode. I know, sounds idiotic. I think so too BUT if you think about it. The grind to being able to be at a higher global rank rather than your current level(lvl 500-1000), this would bring in a more committed and constant grind to be a good player, if that makes sense?

EDIT: I forgot the time stamp for the comment i was referring to at 21:45 damn this aged so poorly, its heartbreaking what happened to NWI with embracer, and I hope the pc gaming community continues to celebrate mods and true indie developers with solid visions, and start pulling their money away from AAA studios and studios that buy up all these smaller developers. I suppose these things are easy to say when you don't have to live like the people working on these small games and how time consuming and draining these projects usually are on their small teams, and for year long periods at times. But yeah no new games from NWI ever again lol they fired every single staff member for christmas

free-for-all is so half-baked. there is no way to track who is first place without opening the scoreboard, and when you are getting shot at by other players of the same faction sometimes they will scream "friendly fire!" even though there are no teams

Bro these guys need to remove the no-playerbase gamemodes and stick to frontline push domination and firefight Hell, I'd say Push/Frontline should be in the same playlist. Only 3 playlists... We don't need more maps, just fix the fckery spots in the maps we got and give us some layout variety for the gamemodes people actually play.

@@konnadavis3358 EU people complain about their servers being filled with hackers and tryhards (they seem kinda mid?), but recently I've noticed some frequent walling on US servers after watching some replays and even confirmed that the accounts have had Steam bans before.

VERY disappointing update. i was hoping they would add some more meat to this update. maybe add some new scopes and sights? maybe add some guns that people would actually want to use? maybe add some kind of new rewards system to incentivize people to play more and grow the player base? maybe add night maps as a permanent mode? maybe full crossplay support? nothing. just two grenade launchers that nobody needs, and flag patches that destroy the soul of the game but were added anyway because some smoothbrains on insurgency's subreddit requested it
