+chari nargi Hi dear, I haven't tried essential oils per se but I do use oitments that contain a lot of essential oils and herbs. Which oils do you recommend? I am also consulting with my naturopath for possible localized treatments. :)

+FashionablyAmy to fight inflammation you could try frankincense, melaleuca or tea tree and eucalyptus. Check with your naturopath but I would try diffusing or massaging into the skin. I understand essential oils aren't for everyone but many people find relief with them. I know I sleep much better diffusing oils and rubbing lavender and vetiver on my feet.

Amy, this was another great vlog. Hope you get the Twist -- it seems made for you. I have been looking at Fingerfit.com and fingermate.com lately. They both offer adjustable ring shanks that allow your ring to expand over the knuckle and then close down to your ring size once the ring is on. There is no spinning of your ring once it is in place. These two brands seem the most secure to me. I have a collection of simple gold and white gold narrow bands in a variety of designs and sizes. On any given day some of them will fit some of my fingers. I am thinking of getting adjustable ring shanks put on my wedding rings, though. Cheers,

+arentUlovely It is probably about the same as my Pochette Metis (old model is stiffer maybe heavier). But with the leather portion on the chain strap, it was quite comfortable on the shoulder :)

Amy, you live in Vancouver? such a beautiful city! I have been there once last summer to attend a conference and i fell in love with that city! I walked around Stanley Park, and ate at the Tea House. I love the food there and the location of the restaurant is fabulous! PS. LV twist looks great on you!
