BUT Christian Siriano didn't always design for all sizes. I recall seeing him on Project Runway and he was not happy when he had to design for a curvy gal. He griped about not being a designer for plus sized women and used his model's size/shape as an excuse for the look being bad. He did her no favors with the look he created and came close to being eliminated. All that said, I do applaud him for growing and learning that all women of all shapes and sizes are beautiful.

Christian truly loves women! As others have mentioned, different skin tones different body types and everybody looks beautiful. He knows how to dress and cut clothes for women’s bodies. Period And point blank! This just look like an amazing fashion show which it was and women looked amazing. He talks about his love for his sister and his mother and you can see it in his clothes because he just understands the female form. I absolutely adore him!

Yes to all the comments about the variety being refreshing, it's wonderful and some of those dresses are things I'd actually wear! Also, I love that he doesn't separate out his plus models, they're a part of the show mixed in with the traditional size girls, not a nod with one or two plus girls at the end. They're right in the mix, just like in the real world. Such a wonderful thing to see. Us plush girls like to have pretty things too!

My sweet lord, Christian is uber talented! I LOVE that he designs for regular shaped women. And the dresses aren't just made "bigger" from a design for size 0 women, they're custom created for our bodies. They fit and look great on the models! Just wish I could afford his stuff! I love his work.

Excellent show. CS does fuller fashion so well. He is creative and the clothes are so complimentary to the body. Not just a size 0 dress puffed up to a larger size….. that almost never works correctly. Bravo CS!

It takes a great designer with a lot of foresight to make a runway capsule using different fabrics and body types (and I don't mean simply plus size because there were size 2, size 8, size 12 and size 16 models of differing heights). Christian has so much passion and drive. It shows.

The dark dress at timestamp 8:24 reminds me of a spanish dancer sea creature. The movement of the ruffles as the model walked was so hypnotic. The sheen on the fabric changed with every little movement, and was transcendant. Christian, you always wow me!!

Some really spectacular pieces this season. I love the Tudor-esque gowns especially. I'm confused about the grey trash bag pieces, however. It's not a glamorous look. Those denim pieces were amazing though! And I love the all body shapes, too! It's important to show models of average and above average sizes. Endomorphs love fashion, too!

I was surprised to see plus sized women in his show, especially when he said on Project Runway that he hated designing for “fat women”. While I’m pleased to see he has included different body shapes and sizes, he didn’t do a great job of showing them off to their best advantage. He used bodice shapes that didn’t flatter them at all, until the more formal dresses. Still, he did make the effort and he is enormously talented, so I’m hoping for better things from him in future.

I've always loved his way of designing from day one when he was on Project Runway.. He goes big and the fashion shows it!! love seeing the different body types of the models -- I have one type and two daughters with different types and its frustrating the way beautiful clothing is always on the endlessly emaciated and leggy bodies of 20 year old models. Love, love, love the Cerulean blue pieces. It's a color we don't see nearly enough of on the runway or in ready-to-wear. So flattering to all skin tones and eye colors. Love the shiny, stripey (silk blue-black velvet?) pieces. Certainly eye catching and they have lovely movement. I also love that he designs for many different body sizes and shapes. Beyond those 3 things the rest of the collection is disappointing. For such a recognized designer he seems to have no sense of line, proportion, continuity or how to make a pattern work for the piece instead of against it.

My point is, not only does Christian design for multiple sizes, he also designs for various age bracelets. Yes, I do dress young for my age. Whatever that means but I have been told that.
