Those adorable children are having a fantastic time. It's great to see a fun family event. The Carnival in New Orleans end on the Tuesday before Ash Wednesday and is very unsafe on parts of the parade routes. If you attend, make sure you ask hotel staff for particulars. Only one murder at the Sunday night parade this year.
