Nice Weltron Spaceball! My cousin had the Weltron record player that looked like a UFO. You can tell they're definitely designed during the space race. Think 2001 A Space Odyssey was around that time too, which also had some influence on modern design. Regards!!

Hey Fardemark! As always I always appreciate your uploads and music mixes. Your videos are creative and I always enjoy vintage technology plus, I love foxes also😊 Anyway I saw your notification that a new video had been uploaded. So I took a listen and fell in love with the down and dirty, take me or leave me tunes that are full of character and charm. It was nice cranking this on my Bluetooth speaker while taking a stroll out in my neighborhood! I listened to it without shame as I am proud to be a loyal fan of this type of music. I got many reactions from people giving me weird, confused, what the hell, looks, to people giving me a smile, smirk, to the mailman giving me the thumbs up. So your uploads touch others as well in this sometimes dark world. I always love to be myself and see people smile. It was perfect on a sunny nice warm breezy day.

How beautiful is that radio+ tape player? 🤩🤩🤩 And the music selection is wonderful as usual from you, dear friend. 🦊🧡 It makes me think of those TV series with Policemen and thieves/drug dealers in their "catch me if you can" car races in the suburbs of the town....🚗🚓🚓🚓🚨

To be fair this is not all action music, but it is a very sweet groove. Finally, I can pretend that I am a character inside an episode of _Starsky and Hutch_ ! Don't tell anyone that sometimes I like a little Pretend Time. And Hutch always rescues me from danger (and sometimes I rescue him), LOL. ;-) Far out.

Didn't hear anything in such decent quality from an 8 track machine. Did you really play it on the pictured player?
@briteness6 ай бұрын
Ah, 8-track tapes... I had maybe 75 of them. I think I kept maybe one or two, and the player is long gone. Considerable nostalgia aside, the format was lousy.

No it wasn't. 8-tracks were on an automatic loop you couldn't find anywhere else. I loved my 8-tracks!
