I have adhd and autism so really prefer no-talking for stimulation reasons, but sometimes talking is nice too :) I cannot sleep if the video has talking in it. I think it’s great that Alexi specifies in the title whether it’s gonna be chatty or no-talking. A lot of ASMRtists don’t!
