Home Improvement Stores: Places like Home Depot, Lowe's, and Menards usually have outdoor plants that can handle tough weather. Also Bulbs: Plants like tulips and daffodils that are built to survive the winter.

Michael’s florals look the best but they and Hobby Lobby are severely overpriced… the clearance prices should be the regular prices. JoAnn’s florals look cheap to me. Walmart’s are okay for the price.

I agree, Michael’s and Hobby Lobby have beautiful florals, but the prices can be high, which is why I only shop during their big sales. I think JoAnn has a great selection too, and I’ve never found them to look cheap. In my experience, artificial florals can be pricey no matter where you shop, so it’s really about finding the right balance between price and what you need for your projects.
