Thank you SO MUCH for not overdoing the vocals. So many covers try to belt it Christina Aguilera style when it's not that type of song. The strength of the lyrics and the story get lost. Her voice doesn't work for me in relation to the male vocalist. For example I really like the girl they have guest sing on "Closer". This one doesn't sound right for this track. Plus, I really didn't see the need to turn this into a duet in the first place. It's just an opinion though - I'll never say the girl cannot sing. I just did not care for her on this track.

Boyce Avenue was one of my inspirations to learn to play the guitar back in high school, same time when this was released.
