Managing online influencers is all fun and games till you actually hear this conversation and know what challenges are there in the space. When talked to him about brands collaborating with influencers, he gave a very unique perspective of how brands matter in the space and what creators are doing for themselves is what will make them relevant beyond money and fame. The influencer management tool is not getting brands to collaborate with but actually, doing good for creators. There is no talent management strategy, there are talent management ideas.
