I have a lot of things to say about this video 1 - the fastest the block conveyor can go is 2 blocks / s , because the vertical piston takes 2 rticks to extend and the piston that push the block also takes 2 rticks to extend but also 1 rtick to retract. If the piston that push the block is not retracted, the next slice of the conveyor can not be activated. 2 - It don't seems that you would have any problems with a faster design due to piston randomness. 3 - You could have used sticky pistons for the vertical pistons instead of putting 2 regular pistons facing each others : 9:14 you are saying that using sticky pistons is more expensive than your design but 1 - this type of contraption is not useful in early game, and farming renewably slime balls is much easier than redstone 2 - the additional redstone needed to make the retraction pistons activate make the all thing more expensive than using sticky pistons. With the 3 rticks repeater, you just have to get 2 pulses of 1 rtick separated by 4 rticks of delay to get the 7 rticks long pulse (the shortest possible to reliably retract the piston that pushes the block) 4 - I don't know anything about you but it seems like you are not familiar with observers timing on Bedrock edition : in Java edition, I think they always have 1 rtick of delay but in Bedrock edition it is : 1 rtick if it's facing an other observer, 3 rticks if it's facing redstone dust and 2 rticks for everything else. 3:31 You put 2 downwards facing observers on each slice but it means that the piston that pushes the block will be activated 3 rticks after the vertical piston, but it could be only 2 rticks which would have made the all contraption faster. 5 - What I am saying might be a bit demotivating but just know I have also made a design so I know the pain you have been through to find a way to have at least 5 rticks of delay between each slice (on Java edition, piston retraction is instant thus they only need 4 rticks so they can use repeaters) 6 - For the horizontal design, making pistons activating due to signal strength is a option to make the overall build a lot simpler and a lot cheaper

how do you get Activator rails and powered rails to not connect? My activator rail connects to my powered rail every single time

This design is really expensive good concept but i feel like it be improve Edit:if you want to crouch mid air,, hold *both up and down button* to place block that has an item slot. Edit2: about the enjoying part,, yeah i did not enjoy it one bit its to long cuz of you over explanating it

This design is so slow and expensive I have made a much reliable design 4 by 5 to be exact for both vertical and horizontal But it's a good effort
