7:17min. in some cases you can also use the shortcut "T" and your symbol change to [< >] . so u can grab that stripe & stay on position. Don't forget to switch back! shortcut "V". keep going Joris

This is excellent. I like the time you took explaining Trim and how the cuts don't really get trashed, you can tweak them back in as needed- have not seen other content creators explain this successfully. Not attending an editing school, it took 2 years for this fact to crystalize into my head. And that's why I was never able to understand the "no-overlap" answer to why Resolve will reject some transitions to some edit points. (Of course there is no overlap, that is where 2 clips meet! 🤣) If I knew someone was attempting to self-learn Resolve as I did, I would send them to this video. Nice job!

I like the short and very simple tutorials. Even with more experience in video filming and editing, it always takes me back to the basics and shows how important a storyline is. A short video with a small and simple story is really interesting. I would also like to go into the aspect of music. I am also enthusiastic about Artlist and Audiio. But I often find that the music is too cinematic or full of tension for a simple video. Your tip and selection is just right for a simple KZbin amateur video. Perhaps you could make a special video about this using Audiio as an example, showing which songs you like to use and have already used.

Very very good and thank you very much for your effort to teach us how to film! This is not self-evident! But please a video on different framerates with and without slow motion! That would be really great! And then please have exactly such a Beginners Guide from the import of the footage, through the editing to the export. Thanks for your videos! These help me so incredibly much!

Why do you always pull the "Albert Heijn is out of Frikandellen" face?🤡🤡 Ik ben net overgestapt van Premiere Pro naar DaVinci. Echt even wennen, ik trek voordurend een frikandellen gezicht.
