A tip for adding the zipper pull. Cut one zipper ends about 3/4 inch and the other 1/2 inch longer than the edge you are attaching it too.First put the pull on the longer end ,move pull to the shorter end . Still a little fiddly but you have more finger room to grab.OOPS The comment below by Linda says it it all but in fewer words. Thank You Karen and Linda.

Really cute pouch ideas. If you leave the zippers long, it’s easier to attach the head. Cut the ends after the head is installed.

And you thought you were just doing a lesson on pouches, didn't you. 😊 Thanks again for a great informative tutorial.

Felt is a super good idea. Easy seams and protection all in one. I just tought of something. I kept some nice thick wool fabric pieces for doing mittins. ( that I won't do ) I can "boil" them to shrink the hell out of them. Might work !?. It's not called boiled wool for nothing.

@@JustGetitDoneQuilts Yes, and good riddance to them! There is, however, a lot of technology that uses some internal magnetic memory. I tend to err on the side of caution, having had more than one incident with magnets affecting credit cards, phones, and yes, my tablet. The newest tech toys are much much better and much less susceptible to magnetic damage, thank goodness. I do love the pouch. I have a couple made of felt, but being unfamiliar with it, have never sewn it. You make it very accessible, thank you.
