Great video and a nice way to use up ladder yarn, other than necklaces. One way to make sure you have enough yarn left for fringe is to cut the yarn for the fringe, as well as the triple strand final row, ahead of time. Then, whatever yarn is left over can be used for the scarf, and you know you’ll already have enough for the fridge.

I enjoyed this video so much and am almost done with the scarf. What a great idea for the first/final rows to use the triple strand braid! It gives each end a beautiful finished look, especially if you don't want to use fringe.
