Don't see any coal in any of the cars. Are they all empty?

The Coal Trains are always either all empty or all loaded, unless it's a manifest with multiple coal cars in the Mix, they could be either loaded, empty, or both, or sometimes in the case of a Loaded Coal train derailment, it could have empty coal cars in the Mix, which would be the case in a derailment where the coal spilled out of the cars.

Do anybody know how many coal cars that was at the beginning of the video it was going by so fast

I think it was 293, plus the five locomotives -- pretty sure it's two trains joined together. Count by the sound, and just count one to ten, using your fingers to count the tens.
