This was actually Paul Walkers idea, to turn Dom into a rogue and have the team hunt him down with O' Connor at the lead, this roots back to the first movie, where they turned O' Connor down, I guess they didn't want him messing up the movie, and they probably made this storyline in honor of Paul Walker
