Fast & Furious: Mechanic's Bunch ride in full

Every Saturday at 8am Auckland's most ambitious bike riders meet at Mechanics Bay for a fast and furious bunch ride. The loop follows the waterfront before heading out towards Pakuranga then south and west to Auckland Airport. Then North back to the start.
This ride was on 21 September 2024, and showcases Auckland's legendary "four seasons in one day" weather.
Jona was still figuring out the cameras at this point, and the battery died three quarters of the way through. It started raining anyway which kinda ruined the shots.

During the first short video of this tour I thought: what wonderful weather for a bike tour. Then this cloudburst, soaking wet clothes, soaking wet skin, the wind becomes icy. I hope you had a nice warm shower afterwards, warm dry clothes and something to eat to replenish all your energy.

lol you rereleased the video. I actually played the whole video with the black screen. I was thinking maybe Jona had a prize for “if you are still watching the video and thanks for your dedication”. Why else would he leave this dark screen in. 😂😂😂 I did learn one thing. Your legs really really hurt during that ride yet you were still a machine and kept going. 🎉🎉🎉

How did you get NZ citizenship?. I am Maori and struggled to get my Kiwi passport last year, but you are a foreigner and are seemingly able to just walk into my country and basically take over?.
