DISCLAIMER: I had only done one other real on track event in a V and that was over 10 years ago.
this was my 5th session out on the track at the v academy at spring mountain. after watching this, I see so many places I could have been faster, but I was pretty happy with a 1.23.6 second lap. the next lap I pushed it too hard and got on the throttle too early in 1b which brought the back end around, but I recovered its without going off track. its amazing how much grip the CT4 V Blacking has on the track and how much it will let you push before it reels you back in. as they said in the class, the car is way better than most drivers. the class was a blast and would certainly go again even if it was doing the same stuff over again. the instructors were amazing, Teddy, Star, and Mariah were fantastic. Teddy showed men what the ar was capable of on the track at the end of day one, which made me much more comfortable pushing the car past what I thought was my comfort point. Richie, the lead instructor was also fantastic. overall, Cadillac, and Spring Mountain have put together a program that can take any skill level driver and allow them to be comfortable in the car and learn its limits.
