FAST Low Calorie Gochujang Chicken Recipe: Meal Prep Series

Hey everybody! Welcome to my meal prep series. This Gochujang Chicken Recipe is one of my favorites because it's low in calories, satiating, and easy to make for the week. Let me know what other ones you would like to see!
Recipe:
8-10 Chicken Thighs
1/2 Cup of Cooked Chicken Thighs per Container
2 Cups of Washed Rice: Cooked
1 Cup of Rice per container Cooked
2 Heads of Broccoli
1/2 Cup of Broccoli Per Container Cooked
Sauce:
1/2 Cup Gochujang Sauce
2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
1/4 Cup of Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon of Honey
Calories: 512 Total
207 Calories for 1/2 Cup of Chicken Thighs
200 Calories for 1 Cup of Cooked White Rice
80 Calories for 2 Tablespoons of Gochujang Sauce Recipe
25 Calories for 1/2 Cup of Cooked Broccoli
