I just rode my EX 30 below 30% yesterday and it could still go 40 mph, but for safety, I only remained around 30~35 mph

Thanks Man! For my ex30 coming this week. Your reviews and info vids helped me make the choice. I currently ride the Sherman S which I love . But.. man! I need a bit more battery and bit more speed!

(4:20-4:45). Excellent point. The sudden torque load on the wheel from pot-holes (etc) causes a voltage spike that is absorbed by the capacitor bank/battery. Mechanical shock absorption lessens the stress on the system, thereby increasing electrical safety margins. The capacitor bank or God-Mod increases this ability to absorb sudden power spikes and is effectively an electrical “shock” absorber. Cool Beans! It would be interesting to measure the effect that mechanical absorption has on electrical safety using ride telemetry. {This is especially important for long off-road descents or stairs, which is where I would test. Now, the question is which wheels have the most similar electronic design parameters yet one is non-suspension and the other has mechanical shocks.}

Wow awesome video, very kool to see the graph to see how your riding style. Sensei had recommended me to put the street tire on my ex30 after catching a flat and man what a difference the wheel rides soooooo much

Would you say the ex30 is more fun to ride than the masterpro? Do you know if the ex30 build quality is significantly better than the MP these days? I'll probably get the 50s version of one of them soon, unless they make ET max with a bigger battery. I love my v14, but my use case ended up being lots if 20 mile one-way commutes on country roads, and I almost feel like im abusing the wheel and battery. I love your videos btw you explain everything I'd want to know so well!

Sick video man, good and as well, the battery definitely helps with keeping you safe when you start getting lower battery levels but seems to be super safe even though you also won’t always or maybe you will be going 40+ mph! Btw when you get to the gym when do you put your wheel?

i don't understand why the cutout needs to be so sudden and violent. a gradual decrease of power would still be scary but you might have a fighting chance of not being dropped on your wrists

I've owned my ex30 for 2.5 months and have well over 3k miles. The motor is Fantastic, well behaved, effortlessly smooth with exhilarating fast torque instantly ready to play whenever you are. Hills mean absolutely nothing to this thing. The battery range is excellent. As a heavier rider (230 lbs) that loves quick take offs and higher speeds I average 65+ miles. Believe me 50% or even 30% battery is allot of battery range ( roughly 10- 30+ miles at normal speeds. Love that this wheel will gently tilt back your pedals and beep continuously for miles, annoyingly so... well in advance of power being too low. Also there are plenty of adjustable safety margins. Then there is racing mode. My goodness 😮 If your thinking of buying one GET IT ALREADY!

Just wanted to say a couple things: you’re the first main reason why I got into EUC’s. I randomly started seeing your EUC videos on your tube and it made me go out and buy one. It even inspired me to start making videos on them. Second thing: will you be grabbing the Inmotion Adventure? What do you think about that wheel? I just put down my deposit for it a few days ago.
@UStride

I will try to do a video on that wheel, but it looks amazing. I haven't delved into the specs just yet. And I'm glad my videos helped you in your Yeuk (euc) journey

@@UStride yeah man I’m excited for it. My first and only wheel now is the KingSong 16X. My Inmotion comes in December. Way too long of a wait but I’m sure it’ll be worth it.

You said the Master Pro is better for longer trips at 45 MPH than the EX30. Can you explain more why that is the case? I’m about to buy and I’ve been leaning toward the EX30, but I’ll be using it as a daily commuter (12 miles with 45MPH speed limit) and want the best for this route
@UStride
@UStride Жыл бұрын
Because you can ride fast for a longer distance plus u have way more buffer because of the bigger battery. You can accomplish the same thing with the ex30, but you have to be a lot more conservative with your acceleration and torquing, which will drain the battery faster
@TooHotToRandall
@TooHotToRandall Жыл бұрын
@@UStride so the main reason you say the MP is better at this is just for battery usage?

You always rode with 3 degree backwards tilt didn't you? Is this wheel easier to ride with forward tilt or what's the reason.
@UStride
@UStride Жыл бұрын
Yes. I put 3 degrees forward on the ex30 because of the pads. After modification, the added padding was too much for 3 degrees backward or even zero. But I really like those pads and the mod. I had no choice. Also, the ex30 is very powerful, so I don't need the extra leverage of the backward tilt
