FAST & Simple XP Farm Minecraft (1.16)

A fast and simple to create UNLIMITED Minecraft XP Farm. How fast? How about lvl 0 to 30 in less than 5 minutes of little to no effort?
NOTE: This is NOT an automatic farm, this is something you can pair with some automatic farms to gain levels extra quickly (often times, auto farms need time to replenish themselves. This is an: anytime, anyplace, no recharge, no mob, villager trading farm)

It's crazy the stuff you can build in minecraft. I gave up the moment I joined a friends server and ported my stuff which I thought was soooooooooooooooooo cool. Then they showed me a bunch of automation stuff, and I was like k.... I have about 3 years of learning to do I"M OUT lol.
