So i had a really bad headache.. nothing was working... even the meds i took came back up.. the headache was pounding tooo much i was getting sick.. search about 6 videos none were workin. ready to give up.. i click this one.. since i had a feeling it was tension by how the pressure was feeling... after 20 mins.. i forgot i was listening to anything.. let alone i realise my head dont hurt.. gonna listen to it one more time before bed to b on the safe side.. but thanks u saved me new subscriber

Within the first 5 mins I felt soothing relief from the back of my neck and the pain behind my left eyeball start to melt away. The green light really help to focus on the rythm instead of the pain.

Update: This was great for tension headaches! I could feel all the muscles in my head final relax and the headache dissipate. Did it get rid of it? Not completely, but it definitely took the edge off and then some.

@@thebrainwavehub Thank you for providing this video in hopes it will make a impact on people who suffer from Headaches & Migraines. I suffer greatly from both and this does video help some. I also have to say that I was very skeptical of these type of videos but I also tried the Sleep Videos and was shocked some of them work very well. I would say to others that I'm one of those guys that if something works for me then there must be something to these. The trick for me is sample different one's making sure to have both earphones on until you find some that seem to make one feel relaxed. Thanks for the work you do into putting these videos out!!😴😴😊

@@thebrainwavehub I have now used this vid numerous times for all types of headaches. Most of the time it completely takes my headache away, but even when it doesn't cure it, it always takes it down to a tolerable level. It works so well for me that it's the only vid I listen to for headaches at all anymore! Pure tone vids work the best for me, so thank u so very much for making one without all that extra music in the background!!
