I did some fast and aggressive mouth sounds (dry, popping ones rather than the wet ones) with my mics being at maximum sensitivity. Which means if you‘re wearing headphones, you‘ll be able to FEEL them in your sard 🤯 (I‘m also doing lots of triggers in the background cause I personally love when mouth sounds are accompanied by trigger sounds 🥰😴) Enjoy!

If you want better sleep, fast (abstain from food) to achieve greater caloric deficit, or exercise, plus don't eat after the sun goes down, plus get sun light in your eyes for a good part of the day (you'll get a chemical tiredness when the sun goes down).

Don't know why there can't be more ASMR like this--most other ASMR is not entirely Platonic, like this one is, and doesn't focus on producing quality sounds/patterns and layers, like this one does.

I would have preferred it if you had done the mouth sounds in the video instead of the triggers because I like the ear to ear visuals. Like this it feels more like a trigger assortment with background mouth sounds. I still like it though :)
