Thanks for making this amazing ASMR video, the timing couldn't have been more perfect. I'm working as a trauma nurse and just got done with working for like 3 almost 4 days straight with little to no sleep. I'm pretty sure you already know we've got our hands full with how flooded hospitals are right now. I take power naps any chance I get while working but those can only get you so far in terms of "recharging". So you'd think that after being awake that long and being that exhausted I would have no issue falling asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow but....it's in fact the opposite....Regardless of how exhausted I am when I get home I'm just too wound up to relax, which is where ASMR videos like this come into play. These videos are the perfect way to unwind and make it easier to achieve REM sleep. So thank you for helping me be able to get up feeling refreshed after having a whole night's worth of deep sleep, allowing me to do my job to the highest of standards during these difficult and unpredictable times. 🥰
