my control buttons do not make any difference, it's just stuck on fastboot so I will have to remove the back and disconnect the battery then reconnect? would that fix it do you reckon ?

@@biologicalbyte243 hello and thank you for answering, no I am getting no response, when I long press the power button it the FASTBOOT appears then I tried every possible combination, power and vol-down pow and vol-up, tried holding them for different lengths of time from quick press, five seconds, six then up to fifteen with all possible combinations, the response I get is the tablet (new, unused) the word FASTBOOT will disappear and after a small pause it looks as if it is about to start but it's only the word appearing. I tried using the sim card pin in the tiny reset hole but that does nothing. any ideas ? thank you
