i remember i first stumbled across aphmau’s channel when i was like 7? i saw one of her mcd episodes and was immediately hooked. i watched all of the episodes and fell in love with the storytelling and characters. i got into all the other stories too, like mystreet, phoenix drop high, etc. she was a comfort youtuber for me, and will always have a special place in my heart.

I feel like a lot of us have been coming back here. Aphmau is how I bonded with my first real friends. I miss when I was a kid. It was so hard, but Aphmau was my everything. Watching Diaries and then My Street after school was my favorite thing to do.

Currently crying to this song, I miss watching mystreet after school everyday, it was simpler time. I can't believe I was 8 years old when the first episode of mystreet came out. To everyone who has come back to re-experience their childhoods please take the time to read this: We all know that weird nostalgic tear choking feeling you get when you're watching this video. Perhaps recalling all those summer evenings you had, curled up on your couch-maybe with a friend or two-watching KZbin videos after dinner. No worries, no regrets. Just pure childhood memories. We all miss those times now that we have deadlines, expectations and responsibilities, but remember that when all that is said and done; in the end we had the chance to make those experiences and memories.
