I'm curious what hardware the driver is using to scan the delivery ticket? We haul grain and need an easy-to-use, durable in-cab scanner

Hello Rob! Thanks for noticing! Our in-cab scanning technology is patented and developed in house. We are not currently selling to outside companies.

They delivered our equipment to our customer damaged, while our customer talked to R&L manager before receiving the delivery. He was told they already opened a case, and could file the claim later. The driver could not wait for him to open the package and check the inside for the damage condition but rushed to leave after asking the customer to sign. The customer reported the equipment was completely useless and could not function as supposed to be. We sent him a replacement soon and filed the claim with R&L. First R&L denied they received the claim. After several days of call attempts, we finally got someone and sent the claim again last Friday, and the following Monday, they notified us they would decline the claim, as it was signed and accepted. They could only pay $280 ($1 per lb, and the equipment weighs 280lb), accept or not. No other options. The goods worth up to $1500. Insulting shipping experience with R&L
