i didnt get sick from drinking it but it made me black out, i dont remember a whole night :[ it sucks. Dont mix four loko with other mixed drinks, and if you chug one, (for me i get really buzzed im 195lbs) expect to have a blackout period starting maybe half hour after you chug it
