The Z-Type does have the highest top speed of the cars at launch. The GTA Online part is inaccurate, since the Pariah has the highest top speed. However, if "fastest" means "fastest accelerating", then it would be Entity XF for GTA 5 and the Coil Cyclone or PR4 with Boost for GTAO.
