As someone who lived in the DR from 2007 to 2021 I can tell you that I highly doubt you can get citizenship that fast if at all. I married a Dominican women and I tried two times to get residency and each time was unsuccessful as they kept asking for more documents and by the time I got the new documents the original ones expired so I had to start over. I couldn't disagree more with your analysis. Argentina's passport attaches taxation due to residency at some point and the nationality cannot be revoked once acquired.
