Now I don't have room in my stable and almost all my Monsties are LV 11. I guess I'll use the content in this video to farm money since I can't really get any more XP or Monsties.

Remember to level up your prayer pot to increase the percentage. You give it 5 charms from 2-10 for each level up and 10 charms from 11-14 which is where I'm at so far, don't know about later but the cap is 20.

@@Shadownin91 in the first game, S/M/L of the same ability didn't stack, but there were a few skills that had the same effect but a different name and those stacked. For example, if I gave Rathalos Fire Boost L and Fire Scale (6% and 10% boost to fire damage respectively), they would then stack additively for 16% extra fire damage. Now, that was how it worked in the first game, we won't know until Stories 2 comes out.

@@conorb.1901 How exactly does elemental damage work for monsties? My Yian Kut-ku is listed only as dealing fire damage with no number listed for it's non-elemental damage. Does that mean all Kut-ku's attacks including physical ones count as fire damage or is it just the fireball attacks that are effected by the fire attk value? And if so, how do I know how much non-elemental damage it's physical attacks are doing since it's attk is only listed as fire?

I also used like 5 strength nutriments on myself and made sure that everyone was level 11. I only used the Blooming Blade and Blooming Arch both upgraded to max and Bone Armor upgrade to max (for the non-elemental attack buff). For talisman I used the All-Out one, but I think you could really use any

I've already been farming the Larinoth trial quest for a while, I have 1,447 Larinoth kills...I'm amazed there are still Larinoth left on the island after my kill streak I've been saving up for 999 raw meat so that I can get a bunch of experience the moment the full game releases with the subquests

I've basically been doing this. It's worth noting that if one of the encounters is only 2 monsters, just keep going in the same direction and there will be another encounter past the Velociprey.

The method I used is I farmed aptonoth lairinoth and bulldrome for raw meat turned them in at quest board turn in raw meat for 500 zenny and 6 well done stake for every 6 raw meat

My best way to farm was to take the Hakolo commodities, Mystic Midnight Mushrooms, and Roly-Poly Problems quests and fast traveling to North Kanuma Cape during the evening and collecting everything up there and fighting the Konchu in the waterfall area, rinse and repeat

If you got a controller with turbo, just let it do the Trial Quest over and over by pressing the A button. Go eat or watch a movie while the game makes money on its own. Then you can also sell the hides and do the meat quest with the hundreds of steaks youll get lol I do hope they fullfill their word and do let us keep these save file because we have been grinding like maniacs haha

When I needed some money I just spammed the mushroom quest a few times. It's quick, easy and doesn't require any fighting (assuming you're maxed on levels).

After you finish the “larinoth”quest you can then use the raw meat on the “well-done steak coming up” quest and it gives another 500 zenny and 20 more exp

The game does somewhat balance that out since to forge things you need both money and parts. At least, with a lot of money you can most items you need.

This is kinda funny. I do the Laronoth Arena quest, but I use my binbok controller to just turbo press the a button (even when I'm not) after an hour or so of doing other things, I come back to the game, I've got a crap ton of rare steak, and money and decent experience (doing this over night in the full game jumped me from level 11 to 30) plus you get trade in items every once in a while doing the quest too, so you can sell those for extra money too

Yes we can 😉 but since it's a turn-based system the weapon classes play pretty different in comparison to MHW/MHR. In the Demo u can access all weapon classes: SnS, GS, Hammer, Hunting horn, Funlance, Bow

I noticed, now that I'm getting recommended more MHS2 content, that a few KZbinrs do have the full version available to them. Honestly, I'm thankful that people like you are still making content for the rest of us that are stuck in the demo. I was really excited for this game, so much that I, as I'm sure many others did, stayed up until midnight to download the demo once it released and played it for hours, and even though I had some responsibilities to take care of, still I finished it that weekend. I am curious how far you've gotten in the full game and how much content would you say is in the game? I'm not sure if there is ever a progress meter, but what is your estimate? How many hours do you think you'll put into this game?

I just completed maxing out all non cap weapons and armor the other day. I was farming the Blue Mencace quest, Pukei, Velociprey, and Konchu quests at the same time. I would Catavan to the Cape which is right next to where the blue menace den spawns and plow through it with Bulldrome. After I beat him I'd run towards the waterfall and Kill some Konchu. Then I wen to the everden that's by Guardian Ratha's den and killed the guaranteed Pukei spawn and some velociprey. Your method is much simpler lol

Thank you both Wolf and Gex! Played the demo for about 8 hours and my faith in Capcom is restored after their bumpy ride from 2020 and 2021. I mean plus 200 monsters that we can fight from which more than 100 we can make them monsties. Sold! If the full game is anywhere as good as the first then we are in for lots and lots of treats.

I'm curious what weapon types and Monsties people are using in the "Demo's Endgame". For weapons I'm going with Greatsword, Hammer, and Bow and Arrow. I was never really a person into status buffs so picking Hammer over Hunting Horn was easy and while the Gunlances are really cool, something about the Bows just drew me towards picking them. My hardest decision was between Greatsword and Sword and Shield, and while Sword and Shield is Simpler to use, I just like the feel of the Greatsword. For Monsties, since there are 6 different monsties and only 5 monstie slots available in the Demo, I figured that most people would be using 5 unique monsties. I am using all the monsties aside from... I don't actually know what it's called. This is the first MH game I've played so I'm still learning names. It's number is 001 I think. I know that it is the herbivore Monstie with an Affinity for Power Attacks, but it's the one that's not Bulldrome. It's riding ability is Plant Search, I think. (I feel like I know too much about this Monstie to not know its name.)

blue menace quest. just pray for gather and go to the quest den and open all the chests, blue chests will give nutriments and its random. right now i have 100+ total of all nutriments

Got my Prayer Pot to lvl 10, got almost a full party with a Rainbow Gene, and max the weapons I own (thou the Tetsucabra Gunlance cannot be upgraded as you need Tetsucabra and Queropeco parts) and armor which my best is the Pukie Pukie Armor.

Gotta farm those Everdens. The caps are in the treasure chests inside those dens. And as the game states, there is an Everden in each area and they don't change locations.

Whatever you can find in the accessible caves are the only bottle caps you can get. :( there is a quest that you get 3 bottle caps from an old guy. Where you hatched your very first monster is where the quest giver will be at. C

You're not as limited in Stories 2, you can use ten of each on your character and your monsties. I'm missing one vitality nutriment, myself.

No. There are only a limited number of chests containing bottle caps in the first zone (Pona Grasslands), you have to explore all the areas marked "Everden" on your map. There are some chests we can't reach until we have Congalala or other vine-climbing monsties, as well as a swimmer.

Took him a while to find these 2 methods out oof 😂 doing the 2nd method since release. U can just smash the A button or if u have a rapid fire controller like me just make the A button repeating then u can do afk farming with the Larinoth arena mission put a Bulldrome or puki puki on lvl 11 as ur main monstie and just smash the A button. U make 1 to 2 mil per day while letting it run afk. So its realy fast and easy. There is another method he dosent mentioned which allows u to get infinite Bulldrome, puki, velocidrom, Kulu mats /999 cause thats the max u can get but super fast like 2 hours for 1 of them. And u can duplicate the coins u use at the cat but i dont know exactly how cause i did that on accident 😅 as soon as i found out how i did that i will update this comment 👍🏻

Not sure how I feel about farming methods, that may not be intended to as good as they are, being shared more than a week before release. Plenty of time for Capcom to plug holes using an update, before people have a chance to use the farming methods.

Honestly tho, and i might be alone in this. But i've never played any of the monster hunter stories games until Arekkz here showed me somehwta what they are all about with the first little intro to the game. However... Getting more and more videos on how to do everything when the game isn't even released isn't cool. I want the game, i can't wait to play it, i can't wait to experience it as my first stories game. But being a subscriber and seeing alot of tips already on how to play the game and how to farm things i didn't even know existed feels like a gut punch. So for the future, when you get access to games before the release date, please just wait until a day or 2 after it actually releases so people can get the chance to play it alittle, maybe even come to the conclusion that "argh i wish i knew where to find everything of X, or i wish i knew how to have alot of money fast so i didn't need to worry. Sure the argument can be said of "just not watch his videos bro" but i'm kinda hyped now, and i want to... i always enjoy Arekkz's videos as well so deliberatly ignoring a video kinda sucks. Anyway.. just my 2 cents.. probably unpopular but i needed to get it out
