In time attack there was this respawning glitch that you can see in track attack it alos apparebtly works where you grab the ledge of the checkpoint and just before you touch the checkpoint you reset so whenever you died you will spawn there

Also I would like to say he is a fraud/doesent properly credit these people and says a bunch of almost jiberish sentences and he isn't even that good at the game but allegedly plays it all the time he makes poor quality videos and I could beat him at that game without playing it in about two years with very little play time.
