I just recommend getting valkurse and growing it, usually spawns near volcano so just go eat a growth boost plant and chill in the lava, takes maybe 15 minutes at most to geoq up to 100%

Just keep playing as Sochuri and just survive on Volcano island until you age to 100 rinse and repeat. Why Sochuri and not Valkurse? If you don't spawn on Volcano island, it's probably gonna take you longer to get their without Sochuri.
