Hi Sahil Bhaiya, I am Sumit from West Bengal. I joined in a telecom company as a fresher and working since 4 years as MIS COORDINATOR. Wokring with excel always . But many times I make dashboards but due to huge data and lake of my skills I can't explain in details about that if boss ask me the same after a week . I am interested to make data . Also I am having IT experience as RPA Developer. Currently I am working as Sampling Clerk which is a part of Data gathering and Data preparation. My question is : when recruiters post a job on LinkedIn, they are mostly hiring for experienced data analyst. So how to deal with lack of experience ? Please reply..

Hi Neha. That’s true but if you have good projects and have worked on some real life case studies then you can compete with the experienced folks. Other thing that you can do is acquire domain knowledge. And the last thing, build in public.
