Fastest way to Farm Frostallion...Works at Any Level!

You can also lure Jetragon to fall off the cliff twice beside it but only good for capturing since the first fall will take about 30% hp the next fall will put Jetragon on about 15-20% hp from there just bug it out go to high place as he tries to hit you with its melee AOE it will get stuck if it cant reach you ... from there just throw a pal to shave enough hp for capture

Could probably build a platform in that area with a bit of wood that lowers the fall damage to catch range also

didn't wanna reveal this, but you can freeze any pal with frostallion and then nuke them. they will fly high and just die when they fall. sometimes they survive with 10%hp if they're legendary ones, but mostly die.

Managed to kite it so it jumped off the back of the mountain onto the ridge by the frozen pnd, and it took a good 9k damage, and was able to catch it :) It does take a lot of finagling to get it to leave the bounds while still in combat, but it is possible

There is a way, not entirely sure if it would work though to catch pals when they are about to die from fall damage tho since I’ve managed to catch a pal, the moment they just died to one of my pals moves but you need to time it with the utmost incredible precision.

Of course you'll need to be a high enough level to get gear that protects you from the cold, and your mount needs to have enough health to not get 1 shot, otherwise you gotta be REALLY accurate.

I get ya. A group of us grew tired of having our base/instadeath online so they ended up creating their own dedicated server. But after grinding it out/egg hatching on both a personal, and multiple online servers, we didn’t want to do that again.

if youre going for the loot or legendary schematics then catching it and butchering gives you 2x the chances

How do you get that to work without it giving up chasing you and returning to its resting position?

I’ve found that if you go too far south on the lake he runs back, so you have to fly from the middle. Also I try to wait until I see he passes the next height before flying to a higher area to make sure I stay close enough.

Easy to take out Jetragon as well, let your pal encase it in ice then blast it with a rocket launcher, it will go to the moon and suffer huge damage or die on the fall. If trying to capture definitely DON'T do this.

I’ve seen that too, but new patch notes show no fall damage on flying pals now. Have you tried recently?

Doubt they will patch it. Palworld has a team of like 40 devs. They focused on finishing the game. Not patching what isnt even really a glitch. Your just manipulating the routing of the AI which realistically is fair. AI pathfinding is probably one of the last things on pocketpairs to do list.

Apparently if you or a friend sets up a dedicated server you can enter a # instead of a slider scale, only the one with access to the server tho. I think this ones on 5

Fall damage is a thing for any game in vanila, shits common sense.

I agree, it was more so how to get him outside of his "area" he fights in. I've found that the boss will not always follow and even disengages the battle if you try to simply bait it uphill without a flying mount.
