Tip: On the mall roof, you never have to jump off and risk restarting chase. It won't end with a chopper overhead, but wait, and it will run out of fuel. Then the chase ends

Most of the time just taking a ramp will get you to escape them. The cops don’t typically jump with you. Like I feel like the jumps by the beach by the boats it’s really easy to lose cops by just taking the jumps. The jumps that crosses the water and the one immediately after that jumps across the road

The jump by the Fort at the end of the highway as well as the jump at the highway intersection also work well to shake the pigs, in my expirience

For anyone new, or looking to extend the game try playing with a different discipline. This method is by far the best that I’ve seen and what I’ve practiced since day one with a few minor differences. The biggest issue I had with the system of unlocking parts was just that. Once you unlocked them they were open for purchase on each vehicle. Instead of just buying them and rolling on for every car and calling it done my team and I made a pledge. We would use each vehicle to earn its own ultimate and ultimate plus parts respectively, instead of just purchasing them. Not only has it extended our gameplay far beyond most plus you can add certain other challenges to it, to keep it interesting. Love the content trigger keep it coming brother!

that's called a challenge run and can be done in any game. (eg; playing elden ring but only allowed to use daggers) anything "extends" a game when you actively choose to make them game harder.

Yhea, i just started this month playing and thanks to Trigger vids i became a "pro" in a blink of an eye... earning minimum 1.500.000 RP per night.... even at heat 5 i don't run from cops cause i know how to lose them easy, i even drag them away from other new players.... so munch fun.... very good vids! I just wonder if i can do heat 3 and 5 races in a row... my crew is lvl 36 and a just wanted to unlock the FXX-K and trophy to get platinum on PS4.... a good strategy to get a max RP per night is doing all Dicovery races in a row and heat race

I just do the flying Dutch man and do one of the many races in Eden shores and that gets me to heat 3 instantaneously. But I never considered doing a race that ends near the heat 3/5... Very clever thinking!

Online: Have a party of 3 with at least 1 player with more experience. He/she must be heat 5. Have them send you the heat race invite. When it's at the 2 second mark the player with the heat 5 withdrawals the race leaving 2 parties in the heat race. Because of this the player with high heat doesn't lose the heat race on their map when they're refunded. The heat race stays on their map regardless if you finished the heat race. After you're done with the heat race you lose the cops if any. Your friend with the high heat level can start the same heat 5 race again. This trick can be repeated in the same night and has no limit. The amount of ultimate+ parts is up to you when you decide to cash in the garage. (Player with high heat must hide to avoid being spotted from cops while you're racing but must also stay near by the heat race. That will allow your friend to send heat races invites quickly when you're ready for the next heat race.)

you didn't mention couple things: If you're below level 50, you will not unlock Ultimate parts, only Epic parts, you can see that seeing the E or U behind the Heat 3/5 races. Once you hit lvl 49/50 you're able to win those parts. If you want Ultimate+ parts you first need to get the Ultimate parts (without +) and after you earnd every single Ultimate part, you'll be awarded Ultimate+, no matter if you're doing Heat 3 or Heat 5, just remember there are a lot of categories where you need to get Ultimate (without +) parts, so after you get those, you'll get Ultimate+ parts

You can get ultimate + from heat 5 but it's just less likely if you don't have all of the ultimates first

This is a great guide! My favorite spot to lose cops is in the Cape with the jump over the water, lose em every single time! Jumps are your friend in escaping chases!

Go to the docks if you have any heat level all you have to do is jump onto the crates and the chase will end. This is actually a great spot to build your heat/rep because of the way the speed trap and jump is set up. Trigger did it in his world record attempt for heat 5. Super helpful and got me to level 50 so fast 😂

My technique was basically the opposite of what you said, and it seemed to be working fine, for the most part. Let me explain; instead of trying to find a race to begin or end near the heat 3/5 race, i found one in the opposite part of the map, and i would drive accordingly so i that i have extra time to lose the cops after the race ended. By then the cops would be mostly on the other side if the map tryna find me, while i beat the high heat race with less risk of getting chased. Awesome video as always, though ✌️

Another escape tip is if you are near Port Murphy take the jump up to the containers this should get rid of the cops pretty easy also

At first I did it exactly like you said, the difference is that after the heat 3 race, I lure some cops and do a jump from higher places or just lure em to water and slides away, thought my way might be faster to gain heat but quite risky.

The cars I would definitely recommend is the '69 Boss 302 and the Huracan performante personally I like the '69 Boss 302 because it seems like the kill switch does not work on it since it's a classic muscle car🙂

for anyone stumbling on this video and still has trouble, as I was, you can change the difficulty to easy and have a next to unlimited advantage, as the ai racers scale 100 points lower in the heat races. as well the cops take more damage from hitting you and damage your car receives is scaled way down. I did this for one night and then went back to normal for races but run easy for grinding collectables and star events so I don't need a gas station every third crash.

Heat 5 cops are so easy to lose with the RSR even with just elite parts. I use the Elite Radar Disruptor too

i found out a very good jump to lose cops. it is in downtown palm city near the edge on the boat docks. if you look at it, 5:38 there is a gap with one road leading into a jump over the water. its a short jump so it works with underleveled cars and cops cant make it over. If a cop comes from the other side, just jump over it again because it is a 2-way jump. hope this helps.

Hi Trigger, quick question for you. I've been using your RSR build but with elite+ parts up to now. Just did my first Heat 3 race and unlocked an ultimate Centrifugal Supercharger. Then I did my first Heat 5 and unlocked an ultimate Roots Supercharger. Would you say it's better to stick with the elite+ Dual Turbo or would it be worth slapping one of those ultimate parts on until I luck into an ultimate or ultimate+ Dual? Thanks for all you do, it's been incredibly helpful!

Ultimates are better than the elites for sure. Just drop one of those on there until you unlock the Ultimate dual turbo.

For anyone wondering, you need to be level 50 to get those parts. You can do heat races but you won't get all the parts til lvl50

That's one thing i liked about nfs most wanted more.. You could go under trucks, blow up gas stations, drop the massive donuts or even crash into the back side of log trucks to drop the logs in the way to get rid of cops.. Here it's just brr brr go fast, find jump...

Yesterday I was collecting some random flamingos. You know one of the flamingos that is on the top of a side of a bridge frame? I actually decided to do an experiment and I started a pursuit. Then I drove up that bridge frame to the top. And it instantly ended the pursuit while the cops were just underneath.

While getting ultimate parts I did get busted once by a rhino, when it damaged me out, there was a time where I almost got to a garage twice and then the cops got me both times, then I get to heat 5 and get busted by a rhino because of low damage, but for the rest of them, I did get the heat 3 parts, heat 5 is alot harder though so I just said eh, I have the ultimate parts so that will do it.

Something I found out last night is that the quick routing system doesn't always take you to the nearest safehouse. I set a quick route, thought I was already near a safehouse and I was. The only problem was that there was a cop literally watching the safehouse. The routing system seems to avoid cops when they're sat at a location you need to be at.

Im very late but 2 things to escapce cops you can just go along really long streets (if you have a fast enough car) and for getting heat there is a speed trap in the palm city race way that you can hit over and over again until you hit heat 3 or 5 drive to your races finish then and your good

You can get in the race way and the escape by jumping that big jump it leads you outside of the race way

I always went to downtown (where there is a small harbor jump you just need 140kph for), got some police to follow me and lose them on that jump which counts as a takedown That way you get heat 3 in less than 3 minutes

If i remember, after heat 3 I go to track and keep on jumping or at city on jumps repeatedly then repeat after heat 5 race and restart next day

My car is at 380 with Elite/Elite+ parts and one of the biggest issues I'm facing is that my heat is not rising fast enough - cops can't chase me anymore and my heat level crawls to 3 and barely to 4. And because I'm racing multiple races to get my heat level up, at that speed I collide with traffic a couple of times forcing me to repair my car.

Same problem, just go to the race track, hit the long jump or the speed trap and you'll get heat pretty easily. I tend to level up to heat 4, race the heat 3 event and by the end f it I will already be at heat 5. It's not funny to just do circles at the race track, but it's really fast and easy.

The container area in port side is even better for escaping, just jump to top of any of the container cops loose us instantly.

I was finishing high heat races and I was only getting Elite parts. Then I figured out you have to be rep level 50 to get ultimate parts.

I've been trying to get this challenge for one of DLC done. And that was to complete a high heat lvl 5 race and it was a pain. I ended up getting to the race and then the cops showed in the middle of it and ran me off the road and I failed the race after escaping and I had to try again and get heat lvl 5 again....

I do the 3 discovery races, finishing the 3rd one closest to the heat 3 race. Then do the heat 3 race which gets you to heat level 5. Then you can do the heat 5 race. Only 5 races and you get the 2 parts.

You can also reset the night until the Heat Level 5 race is Valkyrie cuz it’s easier to evade the cops on the highway as it has multiple straights during the race as long as you don’t crash on any of the turns especially the elevated Sharp right at around the 20 percent mark i believe, cuz if you carry to much speed into the corner you will get crash cutscened and plummet to the grass below the corner, I learned that the hard way with my Z06 corvette which was my highest performance rating car at one point. I carried to much speed into the corner and I plowed into one of the guardrails around 210 MPH in my Z06 and plummeted to the grass below and had to reset my game cuz it’s basically impossible to get back on the highway from the grass below. I also Crashed out once on Valkyrie when it was the heat level 5 race in my 06 Subaru Impreza WRX STI cuz I got to close to the Highway dividers at almost critical damage and I slightly tapped the divider at 220 MPH with the Forged version of the Subbies stock engine the Flat 4 and I wrecked out so I wouldn’t recommend it for Night noobs as while safer it’s kinda risky to, and I believe Valkyrie ends kinda close to the Edgewood valley Mall at the finish line it’s only a few miles down the road from it. I’d recommend this approach for if your running the forged version of your cars stock engine which is the Flat 4 for the 06 Subaru Impreza WRX STI while being the slower of the Subbies swapable engines I just find it easier to handle then it’s other engines. Also before switching to nighttime check the games map at night when paused in solo mode to see which races are the heat races. Helps a lot for your approach of the night.

If you are close to a long highway going above 200mph will most likely result in losing the cops bcuz cops cant go over 200mph and if u are grinding for u+ parts your car can most likely go over 230 mph so losing then isn’t rlly a problem

Taking the cops down the train tracks on the west side heading north through the train yard was a good way to lose the cops and helicopters, but it lets you out at the salt mine.

You could also jump into water to lose the cops just make sure u have a fair amount of health because you lose a bit of it
